Bill Cosby at the Penn Relays
I've been going to the penn relays for the pass 17 years, and Bill Cosby have always been there.
Top two photos show Cosby sitting in the middle. In the Third photo, athlete went down, fourth photo, athlete got assisted by Cosby off the field.
